Purchase lesson tickets first, then use them one by one for Thursday evening ULU art class sessions. Online payment is not enabled yet, so this form sends a request and keeps your ticket history in a private portal.

Please confirm before requesting
- The 5-ticket trial pack is available only for the first purchase.
- After the first purchase, the minimum pack is 10 tickets.
- The 5-ticket pack is valid for 3 months from purchase confirmation.
- 10, 15, and 20-ticket packs are valid for 6 months from purchase confirmation.
- Expired tickets cannot be used or refunded.
- Please arrive before the lesson end time.
